DAY 03: HANOI/HALONG BAY (Breakfast, lunch, dinner included)
This morning, drive about 3 hours through rustic Vietnamese countryside to Halong Bay, one of the 5 UNESCO World Heritage sites. With hundreds of giant limestone peaks jutting out of the water of the Bay of Tonkins – it’s indeed an impressive sight.
Board your private traditional junk (or shared junkboat) and start cruising on the bay. After a sumptuous seafood lunch, your family can explore the caves, swim in the cool tranquil waters or choose to kayak! As the sun wanes, enjoy the spectacular sunset as the boat meanders among the islands, fjords and inlets. Night-fishing waits as the night falls.
