The class is held in one of the best cookery centers in Ho Chi Minh City – it is a culinary institution amongst locals, travelers and expatriates a like.

Picked up at around 08:30 AM at the main lobby of your hotel by driver. The day begins around 09:15 AM, when the local guide/Chef will greet you at gate of Ben Thanh market. Ben Thanh Market is centrally located and known as one of liveliest and busiest in Saigon. Here you will learn more about the ingredients, Vietnamese herbs and spices and start collecting vegetables for your lesson.

After the market visit, you will be transferred to Vietnam Cookery Center; where you will learn the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. At 9:30 AM, you will start the cooking class. It is held in a traditional setting.

4 simple steps: listen, watch, cook, enjoy!

First: listen to an introduction on you menu from the Vietnamese chef.

Second: watch the chef prepare the dishes.

Third: it’s your turn!

Fourth: relax and enjoy the dishes prepared while drinking a “Tra Da”, the local iced tea.

At the completion of the lesson, you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your efforts. Each day different menus are prepared, so why not take another journey into the world of Vietnamese cuisine tomorrow!

In 3 hours you will learn to cook a tasty and simple 3 course Vietnamese meal which is easy to recreate at home. Each of our courses consists of a "roll" and its sauce, a salad and a hot dish. To end on a sweet touch, we will take care to complete this meal with a delicious seasonal dessert.

Children from 7 years old are welcome. A personal assistant will undertake their guidance (no extra charge for this).

Of course we will adapt the menu to vegetarians or allergic people. Please, let us know your booking in advance, so we can accommodate for you.

Tuesday to Sunday, 2 sessions:  09:30 am till 12:30 pm or 2pm till 5pm.
