Full settlement should be received no later than 25 working days prior to passenger’s arrival. Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer, Online secure payment via major credit cards (Visa or Master card only)

All booking need advance deposit of $ 200 per person is required to begin the booking process or to hold any tentative reservation on a confirmed basis and this will normally informed by our travel consultants. Once trip deposit is done, an email will confirm the final service within 7 working day, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, the booking will be regarded as cancelled.
Once the trip is confirmed, an invoice will be sent stating the final payment due date. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that Luxury Travel Co.,Ltd receive the payment by the due date, failure of which may render the forfeiture of the deposit.
CANCELLATION CHARGES AND REFUND
As a general rule, unless otherwise stated, our policy is that all cancellation must be informed in writing either by email or fax. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
Deposit is non refundable
More than 60 days prior to trip departure. No charge.
46 - 59 days before arrival: Non refundable of $200
31 - 45 days before arrival: 30% charge
21 - 30 days before arrival: 50% charge
08 - 20 days before arrival: 75% charge
Less than 07 days before arrival: 100% of tour costs
- After the tour has started, no refund will be made for any services unutilized.
- Cancelation service fee will be applied which cost 15usd/person and 5usd/person for bank fee ( if by Credits, bank transfer).
- All refund will be expedited but may take 3 to 6 months to process according to some airlines and overseas administrative procedures.
We will act as an intermediary between the clients and other services suppliers such as air, train, boat hotels in the event of any complaint.
Trip insurance is required for our trips. An insurance policy number for our all-inclusive travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation and other coverage, should be confirmed upon your trip departure.
Tour costs and what inclusion/exclusion is listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double/twin occupancy and meals as stated, all transportation during the tour, entrance fees, and services of a local tour guide. Tour costs are based in USD and per person. No refunds will be given for unutilized services.
PASSPORT AND VISA
It is the responsibility of the participant to make sure that he/she has the relevant travel documents – valid passport, visas, work permits, health certificate and etc.
Voucher will be issued by Luxury Travel Co., Ltd after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), the Company is obliged to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, the Customer shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeur” means Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against the Company.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITIES
Luxury Travel Co., Ltd holds the right to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member. We are to be released from all liabilities deriving from acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts or any other factors beyond the company’s control.
Luxury Travel Co., Ltd reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries in anyway for the interests of tour members or due to any other uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or other local conditions. In the event of cancellation due to uncontrollable circumstances (such as weather, transport strike, political unrest and war), the clients shall bear any cost incurred during the processing of the tour.
Luxury Travel Co., Ltd and its associated agents assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to person or properties. Clients are to understand all inherent risks of overseas travel, trekking and touring. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement, accidents, inclement weather, political restrictions or any other causes must be covered by the passengers. Travelers on trip with Luxury Travel Co., Ltd are required to have full travel insurance covered. Luxury Travel Co., Ltd recommends insurance includes trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Luxury Travel Co., Ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.
